- A return is eligible only in the case of a genetic disease diagnosed and certified by a licensed veterinarian.
- The diagnosis must be made within 48 business hours of receiving the kitten, and the veterinarian’s official report must be provided as evidence.

- We will provide a refund for the purchase price of the kitten if the return is approved.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed after the kitten is safely returned to us and its condition is verified.

Non-Returnable Reasons
- Allergies: We strongly advise customers to confirm allergy compatibility prior to purchase, as allergies to cats do not qualify for a return.
- Behavioral Concerns: Instances such as a kitten not using the litter box are not grounds for a return. These behaviors can often be resolved with proper guidance and training.
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, returns cannot be accommodated simply due to a change of preference after the kitten has been received.
